Vestry - Class of 2026

I joined St. Peter’s in 2007: I had started bringing my then-very-small daughters to a Friday Mom’s Morning Out, offered at one point in the nursery, and never left. I grew up Lutheran and Episcopalian in the Dallas area; I was confirmed as an Episcopalian as a teenager, a few years after my mom married my late stepdad John Smith (who some folks will remember from his time as a regular in the north transept, after they had moved here). I’m a magazine/website editor in my professional life, and so one element of my volunteer efforts at St. Peter’s has been to send press releases to the local papers about church-related events. I’ve also been a Sunday School teacher, VBS volunteer, Interfaith Shelter cook, bingo-night enthusiast, and most recently, an usher with my daughters Mirabel and Caroline.
