Cinda is a business woman, community volunteer, philanthropist, mentor and an inspiration to college women. Her corporate background includes 1st woman vice president, Hang Ten International, Corporate Director for all of the Sea World parks, and CEO at Starlight Musical Theatre. Her entrepreneurial background includes partner in Lucas Enterprises, an international licensing and marketing company and her current venture InSync Academy, a motivational speaking and seminar company geared to college students and corporate employees, training in leadership skills, team building, strategic planning and values and integrity building. Community Service: Gamma Phi Beta Sorority foundation trustee, chapter advisor; recruitment advisor in San Diego and throughout the US since 1984, former International Council Member-at-Large; Board member: UCSD Cancer Center, Rancho Santa Fe Rotary, FRWF, Patrons of the Prado, to name a few.

Her Numerous Awards include: SD Business Journal Women Who Mean Business, Channel 10 Leadership Award, her Sorority’s highest honor, the Carnation Award for philanthropic service outside of the Sorority and the Betty Woods Gilmour Award for outstanding leadership presented at the Western Regional Greek Conference, (representing 60 universities throughout the 14 western states), and 2006-2008 Southern California Woman of the Biennium at Gamma Phi’s Intercity Southern California Founder’s Day.
