The Calling Committee continues to meet weekly to discuss and define the key goals and challenges for the St. Peter’s parish, in order to complete two key documents in the Call process: the Parish Profile and the rector Position Profile.

The Parish Profile is a detailed description of our parish, including its history, current situation and the vision for its future, based on demographic information and analysis of the many ministries and activities undertaken by clergy, staff and parishioners. It will help candidates for rector to understand us and decide whether their skills and experience fit our needs.

The Position Profile is the ‘job posting’ on the National Church database which will, hopefully, produce good matches with clergy around the country. Therefore both of these documents are important milestones in our process of creating a shortlist of candidates for the position of rector of St. Peter’s, and both will be posted on our website in late April/early May.
