Eucharistic Ministers

Eucharistic Ministers (EMs) are officially recognized, non-ordained persons who participate in formal Church services by aiding in the distribution of communion, and other worship activities at the direction of the clergy. These other activities include leading worship services at designated facilities housing the elderly, delivering communion to the sick or shut-ins, and participation in various Parish committees involving the joyful expression of our faith. EMs typically serve at Church services once or twice a month. Each EM has completed a Diocesan training program that is offered at St. Peter’s.
