SUNDAY SCHOOL WELCOME OPEN HOUSE AND PANCAKE BREAKFAST:  A time to register for classes,  meet the teachers and celebrate the start of a new school year with a pancake breakfast.

CHILDREN'S CHURCH:  Held the first and third Sunday of each month.  Children enter church as usual with their parents but leave during the singing of the Gloria to pray together in the Parishall with special songs and a children's homily.  They will then return to celebrate the Eucharist with their families.

FAITHFUL FAMILY PROGRAM:  Held the third Sunday of each month after Children's Church.  Faithful Family is an intergenerational, all-parish program designed to help families with young children build their identity through spending time together learning, playing and creating, and to allow the Children of God of all ages to come together as one Faithful Family..  This program empowers us to create traditions and rituals which will bring an awareness of God into their homes and deepen our understanding of church life. All parishioners are welcome to participate in any of the activities.

CHRISTMAS PAGEANT: Held at our 4 o'clock service on Christmas Eve in the Parish Hall. All children usually participate. Rehearsals start the first Sunday in Advent.

EASTER EGG HUNT: For all children at 10 AM on Easter Sunday morning between services

BRIDGE DAY: First Sunday in June in the Parish Hall. A party to celebrate the end of the Sunday school year, to honor our graduates, and to mark transitions between grades as students walk the”Red Carpet” as they pass under the flowered arch.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL

Who:            Kindergarten - 6th Grade                                 

When:          Monday - Friday, July 11 - 15                                

Cost:            $60, 9 am - 12 noon; $90, 9 am - 4 pm (camperships available) 

This Summer's SonSurf Beach themed VBS will bring a magical transformation of our Parish Hall into our amazing "SonSurf Beach", where the morning session will be held.
 
Through stories about Jesus' actions, kids will learn the Big Answers to the Big Questions about Jesus as well as  enjoy games, arts and crafts, singing, and making new friends. Snacks are provided, and kids bring their own lunches. After lunch, the afternoon session begins, when kids and teachers will head down to Del Mar beach for more fun and games.
