3 years: Little Fish
Children will become familiar with Bible stories and understand the basic meaning. There will be simple crafts that the children can make relating to the stories.
4 years - Kindergarten: Godly Play I
Grades 1 – 2: Godly Play II
Godly Play is based on creating a sacred space in which to present the stories of our faith, wonder about them together, and then allow the children open-ended opportunities, usually with art supplies, to engage the story on their own terms.
Grades 3 - 4: Faithful Explorers
This class uses the lectionary based Living the Good News curriculum that will certainly bring the weekly reading alive. Living the Good News bridges our everyday stories with the timeless stories of our Christian faith - a celebration of God's unending love and grace!
Grades 5 - 6 : This class will explore the "real, unpolished and unexpected personalities of Old and New Testament Bible characters" using a hilarious yet serious course called "Re:form: Ancestors." This will prepare them to begin our two-year confirmation course in fall 2013.
